Sustainable Development Committee

The Board of Directors of Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited has established the Sustainable Development Committee that consists of Zhu Rui, Wang Jiuhong and Zhu Limin. Ms. Zhu Rui serves as the director of Sustainable Development Committee. 

The Sustainable Development Committee is responsible to the Board of Directors of the Company, and Operation Management Department is the working body of the Sustainable Development Committee.

According to domestic and foreign listing supervisory regulations, the main duties of Sustainable Development Committee of the Board are:


1. To review the related policies and strategies of corporate governance, environmental and social responsibility of the Company to ensure that they are in compliance with laws, regulations and standards;

2. To evaluate and sort through related risks and opportunities of corporate governance, environmental and social responsibility of the Company, and make suggestions to the Board of Directors;

3. To review the Company's corporate governance, environmental and social responsibility management and internal monitoring systems and make suggestions to the Board of Directors on their appropriateness and effectiveness;

4. To review and supervise the objectives and implementation of the work relating to Company's corporate governance, environmental and social responsibility, evaluate the work performance and make suggestions to the Board of Directors;

5. To review the social responsibility reports disclosed by the Company and make suggestions to the Board of Directors;

6. To guide the management vision, objectives and strategy formulation of the Company's corporate governance, environmental and social responsibility and make suggestions to the Board of Directors;

7. Other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
