Yankuang Energy fully implements the New Development Philosophy, seek both external and internal improvement, and pay equal emphasison industrial operation and capital operation, fostering five major industries of mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics, and building three major operating bases of Shandong, Shaanxi &Inner Mongolia and Australia. Looking ahead, it will work to achieve an annual coal production capacity of 300 million tons in 5-10 years, and build more than 8 green and intelligent mining coal mines each with a production capacity ofover 10 million tons.The annual output of chemicals products will exceed 20 million tons. The vision is to realize 3million kW of installed capacity of wind and solar power by the end ofthe “fourteenth five-year plan” (2021-2025), and 10million kW in 5-10 years.[ more ]

Senior Management

    Gao Chunlei, born in May 1981, is a senior engineer with a master degree. Mr. Gao is the Chief Engineer (chemicals) of the Company. Mr. Gao was appointed as the member of the party committee and the vice general manager of the Methanol Plant at Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in November 2011. He later served as the deputy party secretary and general manager of Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in November 2018. In October 2021, he became the Party secretary, chairman, and general manager of Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. In June 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and vice general manager of Shandong Energy Chemical Sub-Branch Company of Yankuang Energy. In October 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee, vice general manager and chief safety officer of Shandong Energy Chemical Sub-Branch Company of Yankuang Energy Group. In October 2023, Mr. Gao became the general manager of the Modern Coal Chemical Industry Department of Yankuang Energy. He started to work as the chief engineer (chemicals) of the Company from March 2024. He graduated from Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology.
