Yankuang Energy fully implements the New Development Philosophy, seek both external and internal improvement, and pay equal emphasison industrial operation and capital operation, fostering five major industries of mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics, and building three major operating bases of Shandong, Shaanxi &Inner Mongolia and Australia. Looking ahead, it will work to achieve an annual coal production capacity of 300 million tons in 5-10 years, and build more than 8 green and intelligent mining coal mines each with a production capacity ofover 10 million tons.The annual output of chemicals products will exceed 20 million tons. The vision is to realize 3million kW of installed capacity of wind and solar power by the end ofthe “fourteenth five-year plan” (2021-2025), and 10million kW in 5-10 years.[ more ]

Senior Management

Mr. Zhang Zhaoyun, born in October 1980, a Senior Engineer with a master's degree in engineering, is the Member of the CPC Committee and Chief Engineer of the Company. In August 2017, Mr. Zhang started to serve as Chief Engineer of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company. In January 2022, he was appointed as the Chief Engineer of Baodian Coal Mine of the Company. Mr. Zhang started to take positions of the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine Committee and the General Manager of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine of the Company in April 2022. In May 2023, he became the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Dongtan Coal Mine Committee and the General Manager of Dongtan Coal Mine of the Company. Mr. Zhang was appointed as the Chief Engineer of the Company in June 2024. Mr. Zhang was appointed as the Member of the CPC Committee in May 2025. Mr. Zhang graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
