Senior Management

Mr. Xu Changhou, born in February 1980, a Senior Engineer with a master’s degree in engineering, now serving as the Vice General Manager of the Company. Mr. Xu was appointed as the Director of the safety inspection department and Chief Safety Officer of the Company’s Baodian Coal Mine in October 2018, and the Vice General Manager of Baodian Coal Mine in April 2020. In January 2022, Mr. Xu was appointed the Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Nantun Coal Mine. In October 2022, he assumed the positions of the Party Secretary and a Director of the Marketing Center of the Company, and the Chairman of Shandong Zhongyin International Trade Co., Ltd. He became the Deputy Party Secretary and the General Manager of Baodian Coal Mine of the Company in November 2023. He was appointed as the Vice General Manager of the Company in April 2025. Mr. Xu graduated from China University of Mining and Technology.
