Yankuang Energy fully implements the New Development Philosophy, seek both external and internal improvement, and pay equal emphasison industrial operation and capital operation, fostering five major industries of mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics, and building three major operating bases of Shandong, Shaanxi &Inner Mongolia and Australia. Looking ahead, it will work to achieve an annual coal production capacity of 300 million tons in 5-10 years, and build more than 8 green and intelligent mining coal mines each with a production capacity ofover 10 million tons.The annual output of chemicals products will exceed 20 million tons. The vision is to realize 3million kW of installed capacity of wind and solar power by the end ofthe “fourteenth five-year plan” (2021-2025), and 10million kW in 5-10 years.[ more ]

Senior Management

Qi Junming, born in November 1974, a Senior Engineer with a master’s degree in engineering, now serving as the Chief Safety Officer of the Company. Mr. Qi was appointed as the Director of the safety inspection department of Dongtan Coal Mine of the Company in December 2014. He took the positions as the Secretary of the Party General Branch and the General Manager of Ordos Zhuanlongwan Coal Co., Ltd. in June 2016, and the Secretary of the Party General Branch, a Director and the General Manager of Inner Mongolia Haosheng Coal Mining Company Limited in December 2016. In September 2018, he became the Assistant to General Manager of Yanzhou Coal Ordos Neng Hua Co., Ltd. In December 2020, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Party General Branch and an Executive Director of Ordos Zhuanlongwan Coal Co., Ltd. Mr. Qi served as the Director of the Dispatching Command Center of the Company in November 2022, and the Party Secretary and General Manager of the Jining No. 2 Coal Mine in November 2023. He assumed the positions of the Deputy Party Secretary, the Chairman and the General Manager of Yanmei Heze Neng Hua Company Limited, and the Deputy Party Secretary and the General Manager of Zhaolou Coal Mine in August 2024. He was appointed as the Chief Safety Officer of the Company in April 2025. Mr. Qi graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
