Founded in 1997, Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited (“Yankuang Energy” or “The Company”) takes mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics as pillar industries. Yankuang Energy fully implements the New Development Philosophy, seek both external and internal improvement, and pay equal emphasison industrial operation and capital operation, fostering five major industries of mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics, and building three major operating bases of Shandong, Shaanxi &Inner Mongolia and Australia. Looking ahead, it will work to achieve an annual coal production capacity of 300 million tons in 5-10 years, and build more than 8 green and intelligent mining coal mines each with a production capacity ofover 10 million tons.The annual output of chemicals products will exceed 20 million tons. The vision is to realize 3million kW of installed capacity of wind and solar power by the end ofthe “fourteenth five-year plan” (2021-2025), and 10million kW in 5-10 years.[ more ]

Members of the Board of Directors

Mr. Su Li, born in July 1972, a Professor-level Senior Administrative Officer and Senior Economist with a master degree, currently serves as Deputy Party Secretary, Employee Director and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company. Mr. Su joined the Company's predecessor in 1996 and served as the Deputy Director of the General Administrative Office of former Yankuang Group Co., Ltd. in October 2008. He was appointed as the Director of Human Resource Division of Yankuang Donghua Group in June 2012. In March 2014, he was appointed as the Director of the Human Resource Department of the Company. In January 2016, He was appointed as the Assistant General Manager and served as the Director of Human Resource Department of the Company. He was appointed as the Assistant General Manager and the Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee (Human Resource Department) of the Company in June 2016, and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Company in March 2020. He was appointed as Employee Supervisor of the Company in June 2020 and Deputy Party Secretary and Head of Trade Union of the Company in September 2022. He was appointed as Employee Director of the Company in April 2023 and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company in May 2023. Mr. Su Li graduated from China University of Mining and Technology.
