Founded in 1997, Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited (“Yankuang Energy” or “The Company”) takes mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics as pillar industries. Members of the Board of Directors

Mr. Li Shipeng, born in February 1978, a professorate senior accountant and a master degree in engineering, is an Director of the Company. Currently, he serves as Head of the Financial Management Department at Shandong Energy. Mr. Li joined the Company in 2000. In November 2017, he was appointed as Chief Accountant of the Financial Management Department at Yankuang Group Company Limited. In January 2020, he was appointed as Deputy Director (in charge of operations) of the Financial Management Department at Yankuang Group Company Limited. In August 2020, he was appointed as Head of the Financial Management Department of Shandong Energy. In June 2020, he was appointed as a Supervisor of the Company. In August 2021, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Supervisors. In June 2023, he was appointed as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Supervisors. He was appointed as a Director of the Company in June 2026. Mr. Li graduated from China University of Petroleum.
