Founded in 1997, Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited (“Yankuang Energy” or “The Company”) takes mining, high-end chemicals and new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and intelligent logistics as pillar industries. Members of the CPC Committee

Mr. Gao Chunlei, born in May 1981, is a senior engineer with a master degree. Mr. Gao is the Chief Engineer (chemicals) of the Company. Mr. Gao was appointed as the member of the party committee and the vice general manager of the Methanol Plant at Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in November 2011. He later served as the deputy party secretary and general manager of Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. in November 2018. In October 2021, he became the Party secretary, chairman, and general manager of Yanzhou Coal Yulin Neng Hua Co., Ltd. In June 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and vice general manager of Shandong Energy Chemical Sub-Branch Company of Yankuang Energy. In October 2022, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee, vice general manager and chief safety officer of Shandong Energy Chemical Sub-Branch Company of Yankuang Energy Group. In October 2023, Mr. Gao became the general manager of the Modern Coal Chemical Industry Department of Yankuang Energy. He started to work as the chief engineer (chemicals) of the Company from March 2024. He graduated from Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology.
